2. Services Provided

Startup Jobs Pro offers services to provide access to open vacancies at startups, unicorn companies, and tech companies in the United States. These vacancies are for application purposes only and do not grant hiring of the applicant.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Use our services solely for lawful purposes, including job applications.

• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations while using our services.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchasing the one-off access or regular access the weekly access based on the billing period (package).

Refunds:

• Eligibility : We offer refunds if the access to the vacancy list is not delivered within the promised timeframe of 24-48 hours.

• Process : To request a refund, you must request the refund at hello@startupjobs.pro within 3 days of the scheduled access delivery date.

• Review : All refund requests are subject to review. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days.

• Non-Refundable Circumstances: Change of mind after the payment / after access delivery / incorrect information provided by the user / failure to use the vacancies for its intended purpose.

5. Service Limitations

Startup Jobs Pro does not guarantee job application approval. Our services are designed to support your application process, but final decisions rest with the appropriate authorities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on the Srartup Jobs Pro website are owned by Sratrup Jobs Pro and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Startup Jobs Pro is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with job applocations or changes to vacancy requirements.

8. Modifications to Terms

Startup Jobs Pro reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritius.
